The Halle Foundation requests that all grant recipients submit brief written reports including detailed budget information within 60 days of completion of the funded project. These reports should completely describe the project and its execution, and should account for the expenditure of all grant funds. Foundation funds may only be used for the purpose for which they were granted. Funds not so spent must be returned to the Foundation unless other arrangements have been previously approved in writing by the Board of Trustees. |
